This Infringement Reporting Policy outlines the procedures for reporting claims of intellectual property infringement and other prohibited content on Krepling Pay. We respect the rights of intellectual property holders and take claims of misuse seriously.
What This Means:
This policy explains how to report illegal or unauthorized content on Krepling Pay, such as copyright violations or counterfeit products.
You may file an infringement complaint if you believe content or activity on Krepling Pay:
Violates a copyright, trademark, or patent you own.
Uses your copyrighted content without permission.
Sells counterfeit or imitation products.
Violates your publicity or privacy rights.
Violates other applicable intellectual property rights or legal obligations.
What This Means:
You can report anything on Krepling Pay that wrongly uses your intellectual property or breaks the law.
To file a report, please email legal@krepling.com and include the following:
Your full name and contact information.
Identification of the intellectual property being infringed.
URL or exact location of the infringing content.
A statement explaining why it is unauthorized.
A declaration under penalty of perjury that your claim is truthful.
Your electronic or physical signature.
What This Means:
You need to give specific information about what is being infringed and prove that the claim is legitimate.
Once we receive a valid report:
We will acknowledge receipt within 3 business days.
Our legal team will review the complaint.
We may remove or disable access to the reported content.
We may contact the merchant involved for a response.
If the claim is valid, action may include account suspension, content removal, or permanent ban.
What This Means:
We investigate reports quickly and fairly. If the report is valid, we may remove the content or take further steps.
If you are a merchant and believe your content was wrongly removed, you may file a counter notice including:
Your name and contact details.
The content that was removed and where it appeared.
A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the removal was a mistake.
Consent to the jurisdiction of a U.S. court.
Your physical or electronic signature.

What This Means:
If your content was taken down and you think it shouldn’t have been, you can respond with a formal request to restore it.
Krepling Pay has a zero-tolerance policy toward repeat intellectual property infringers. We may:
Permanently suspend merchants with multiple valid infringement claims.
Deny future access to Krepling Pay services.
What This Means:
If a merchant repeatedly violates IP rules, their account may be permanently removed.

Knowingly submitting false or misleading claims is prohibited. Misuse of the reporting process may result in legal consequences and loss of platform access.
