What This Means:
This is a legal agreement between you and Krepling. By using Krepling Pay, you’re agreeing to these rules.
You must:
Be at least 18 years old.
Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.
Use Krepling Pay for a legitimate business purpose.

You must be an adult and legally allowed to run a business to use Krepling Pay.
To access Krepling Pay, you must:
Provide accurate, complete business and contact information.
Keep your login credentials secure.
Notify us immediately of unauthorized use or suspicious activity.
What This Means:
You need to sign up with correct information and protect your account details.
You may use Krepling Pay to:
Accept payments from customers.
Manage payouts, refunds, chargebacks, and analytics.
Access APIs and merchant tools.
You must not:
Violate applicable laws or regulations.
Use Krepling Pay for prohibited activities (see AUP).
Notify us immediately of unauthorized use or suspicious activity.
What This Means:
You can use Krepling Pay to process payments, but you must follow all rules and laws.
Fees are disclosed in your merchant agreement or pricing schedule.
Fees are deducted from transactions or invoiced periodically.
You authorize Krepling to collect fees and reserves from your payout balance.
What This Means:
We charge fees for using Krepling Pay, and we deduct them from your transactions.
You are responsible for calculating, reporting, and paying all taxes related to your sales.
Krepling may report payments to tax authorities as required.
What This Means:
You are responsible for your business taxes. We may send reports to tax agencies.
These Terms apply as long as you use Krepling Pay.
Either party may terminate with 30 days’ written notice.
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately for violations.

You or we can end the relationship. We can suspend you right away for breaking the rules.
Krepling owns all rights to its software, branding, and technology.
You are granted a limited license to use Krepling Pay as outlined.
What This Means:
We own our platform, and you’re allowed to use it under these terms.
We process your data according to our Privacy Policy.
You must handle customer data responsibly and legally.
What This Means:
We protect your data, and you must do the same with your customers’ data.
We aim to keep Krepling Pay available, but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
Scheduled maintenance and technical issues may cause downtime.
What This Means:
We try to keep things running, but sometimes there may be downtime.
Krepling Pay is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, accuracy, or suitability for a specific purpose.
What This Means:
We’re not liable if things go wrong or don’t work exactly as you expect.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Our liability is capped at the amount of fees paid to us in the last 90 days.
What This Means:
If something goes wrong, our financial responsibility is limited.
You agree to indemnify and hold Krepling harmless from any claims or losses arising from:
Your use of Krepling Pay.
Your violation of these Terms or applicable laws.

If someone sues us because of your actions, you agree to cover our costs.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. Any legal action must take place in courts located in Delaware.

Any legal disputes will be handled under Delaware law.
We may modify these Terms at any time by posting an updated version. You will be notified of material changes. Continued use of Krepling Pay constitutes your acceptance.
